Make sure that you have at least one goal each day.You are in charge of your boss with MLM. That makes it imperative that you are held accountable and get things done. This begins with hard work. Write some down every day and commit yourself to reaching them. This is a habit to have.
Test every product before you plan to sell. This may save you avoid selling poor quality products. You need to sell a different products if something like this happens to you. Even if the company pays you well, your long-term career is in the balance when you market inferior products.
Recognize loyalty in customers and team members’ loyalty. Reward those who go above and beyond with their sales and leads. Reward customers who refer friends or make huge orders. The rewards you hand out could be gift certificates, gift cards or other useful things. Don’t give phoney computer promos or computer-made certificates.
